INTAKE

​​Upon your first visit you are asked to provide proof of residency within our service area, self-report income and verify with a paystub upon first pickup, self-report Social Security numbers for all individuals within the household that are being counted toward your household total. Please call for how we can help your family if something inhibits your ability to show the necessary documents.  The WI Department of Health Services sets the income eligibility guidelines. This information is also necessary to sign-up for FoodShare and Energy Services.

 

We want to help even if you're not eligible for our pantry. We can connect you with additional resources and programs.

Pick Up Your Order

Due to the current health situation, until further notice, the Mukwonago Food Pantry will be using the following protocol to serve current clients:

1. ​​When you arrive at the pantry call 262-363-3452.

2. ​Give your name and address, please be patient as there is only one person on duty.

3. ​All food has been pre-bagged.

4. ​A cart with your food will be placed outside the back exit door.

5. Return the cart to the door when you are done loading your food.
