Guidelines

   The following information is required for each person/persons residing within the household within our service area each month you visit the Mukwonago Food Pantry.

Service Area ~ Village & Town of Mukwonago, Town of Vernon, Big Bend, North Prairie, and Eagle.
If you live outside these areas, please call and we can direct you to your nearest local food pantry.

If you live in Waukesha County you can also call 211 for information on all services offered in Waukesha County.

Proof of residence ~ Current Utility or Phone Bill.
Proof of income ~ Any/All Income ~ Paycheck, SSI, Unemployment, Workers Compensation, Child Support, Rental Property receipts.
Social Security cards ~ Shown on your first visit only, not required monthly.

It is against the law to sell or exchange any items that you receive from the Mukwonago Food Pantry. We ask that you cooperate with all of our volunteers and staff.

Remember the Golen Rule ~ Treat others as you want to be treated.
